Whether you are purchasing a materials only kit or having our sister company (Quarryville Construction) construct the building for you, the information below will outline the components put together to create a Legacy Pole Building.

PolesOur poles are all treated lumber; either 4 x 6 or 6 x 6 are both available. Whether poles are 8', 10', or 12' on center, (when installed) they are supplied with a galvanized clip to anchor them to the footings. We also offer Perma Columns, a great alternative to the standard 6 x 6. Call or email us today for more information on this permanent foundation system!

Wall Girts and Roof Purlins
We supply southern yellow pine 2 x 4 #2 or better (NO WHITE PINE) spaced 2' O.C.
Headers/Truss Carriers
We supply LVL (laminated veneer lumber) for headers which far exceeds any dimensional lumber in strength and durability.

Roof Trusses
Trusses can be placed at 12", 16", 24", 32" or 48" on center with 48" being the standard. We can provide different truss designs ranging from your average gable trusses to scissor trusses or gambrel trusses. All of our trusses will meet or even exceed any local building codes.

Metal Roofing & Siding
We supply all Everlast steel products with our buildings, which is the leading hot-rolled steel manufacturer in the metal roofing industry. The OMNI 27-gauge panel will be supplied with a 50 year paint warranty. We also supply the wood screw fasteners that come with a painted color matched head and washer. All the trim is coated with the same finish to outlast all the other competitors.

Soffit
All of our buildings will be supplied with our WLoc fully vented Double 6" soffit. This soffit is available in 18 different color options.

The footings are one of the most important items in the consideration of your building. That is where we stand above our competitors. Our footings have evolved from the industry standard of a few bags of 80lb concrete or a 12" round "pill", to a 18" x 18" x 12" thick concrete pad.

The options & upgrades for your building are unlimited ! Some customization for your Legacy Pole Building include 2 tone siding (wainscotting), dutch doors, barn doors, snow guards, metal cupolas w/ weather vanes and much much more!
